For sole traders and small teams
Blue Canvas works with sole traders, owner-run firms and larger small-business teams. We help you find where AI can save time, reduce avoidable admin or improve how work moves through the business. Then we build it, train your team or help you run it.

Begin with the problem
You do not need an IT department or an AI strategy before speaking to us. Bring the recurring task, the messy handover or the part of the week that keeps slipping. That might be sorting an inbox, chasing quotes, preparing a report, moving information between systems or answering the same customer question again and again.
The first job is to decide whether AI is needed at all. Sometimes a simple automation or a clearer process is the better answer.
Clear entry points
The first 15-minute call is free. A full AI audit costs £750 and gives you a prioritised written plan. Implementation is quoted against the agreed scope. Managed AI starts at £250 per month with no lock-in.
You can use the audit plan with Blue Canvas, hand it to your own team or take it to another supplier.

There is no minimum headcount. Sole traders are in scope, as are growing teams with established operations. The deciding factor is whether the problem is clear enough and valuable enough to solve.

Straight answers
Blue Canvas is based in Derry and works remotely across the UK and Ireland. Most projects do not need both teams in the same room every day.
It is a structured look at how work moves through the business, what takes time, where errors happen and which changes are worth testing. You get a prioritised plan rather than a list of tools.
No. The work is explained in plain English, and any system we hand over includes practical guidance for the people who will use it.
Sole traders are welcome. A project only makes sense when the problem and the likely value justify the effort, and the first call is there to make that judgement honestly.
