Microsoft 365 Copilot works through the identity, access and permissions already used in Microsoft 365. That makes existing access decisions important. If a person can reach an overshared file, Copilot may be able to use that information in a response for that person.
We cover sensible use, sharing, permissions, data handling, human review and clear ownership. Where tenant hardening or detailed security configuration is needed, we work alongside your internal IT team or managed service provider rather than changing controls without the right owner.

Not for an initial leadership briefing or readiness discussion. Practical exercises depend on what is available in your Microsoft 365 tenant, so we confirm licences and access before agreeing the workshop plan.
Can you deliver Copilot training on site in Northern Ireland?
Yes. Blue Canvas is based in Derry and can deliver agreed sessions on site across Northern Ireland, including Belfast, or remotely when that suits the team better.
Is the training suitable for beginners?
Yes. We can start with the basics and build towards role-specific use. The aim is confident, careful use of the Microsoft tools people already recognise.
Does the training include Power Automate?
It can. We can cover how flows, approvals, triggers and connectors fit into a Microsoft 365 workflow. A production flow is scoped and tested separately from a general training session.
Will Copilot training make our Microsoft 365 tenant secure?
No. Training helps people use Copilot responsibly, but tenant security also depends on identity, permissions, sharing, device management, data policies and ongoing administration. We work with the appropriate IT owner where technical changes are needed.
Is this the same as Microsoft Security Copilot?
No. This service is focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, everyday use, data governance and connected workflows. Microsoft Security Copilot is a separate product for security work.
