An answer-led service page gives a buyer a useful answer before asking them to book a call. It explains the work, who it suits, the price or quote process, the limits and the next step. Clear wording helps a reader assess the offer; it does not guarantee that a search engine or assistant will select the page.
This worked example uses facts from Blue Canvas’s AI implementation services page, checked on 27 October 2026. The source page already explains its scope, process, prices and handover. The exercise below brings those facts together into a compact answer. It is an editorial illustration, not an A/B test, a client result or evidence of an AI citation.
The question is: “Can Blue Canvas implement an AI workflow in the tools we already use, and what would we pay?” A useful answer needs more than a list of product names. The buyer needs to know whether they must buy an audit first, what the build includes, how the price is agreed and who maintains it afterwards.
Before writing, make a short fact sheet from the current source. If a detail is missing, ask the business owner. Do not let a writing tool complete the offer with a plausible price, delivery date or integration promise.
| Question | Verified fact on the source page |
|---|---|
| Where does a project start? | From an existing plan or a job that needs fixing; an audit is optional. |
| What does the build cover? | Configuration, connections, testing, documentation, training and handover within an agreed scope. |
| Is there a fixed build price? | No. Builds are quoted after agreeing the scope and estimated delivery days. |
| What does the workflow audit cost? | £750, with a written plan the buyer keeps. |
| Are software costs included? | Software, platform, hosting and licence costs are separate. |
| What is the first step? | A free 15-minute call about the proposed job. |
The source page puts the optional audit in its process section, the quote basis in its pricing section and the handover details in the FAQ. Those sections serve readers who want detail. A visitor arriving with one specific question may still benefit from a summary that connects them.
This is a layout observation, not a claim that the existing page failed. Adding a summary should preserve the fuller explanation. It should not replace the service with a string of tiny answers stripped of conditions.
Blue Canvas can start from your existing workflow plan or help you choose a suitable first job. We agree the systems, access, testing and handover before quoting the build. An audit is optional; the workflow audit costs £750 and gives you a plan you can use with us or another supplier. Build prices depend on the written scope and estimated delivery days. Software and licence costs are separate. Start with a free 15-minute call about the job you want built.
The illustration does four jobs: answers the question, distinguishes the audit from the build, explains the pricing boundary and offers a proportionate next step. It does not promise compatibility with every system or a result by a date that has not been agreed.
A summary is stronger when the reader can inspect its basis. Link a price to the current price page, an example to the relevant case study and a process claim to the delivery detail. Keep the service name and conditions consistent wherever the offer appears.
For this example, the implementation page and Blue Canvas prices are the first-party sources. A software build case study can demonstrate that particular build. It cannot establish an AEO result, a future saving or experience with a different integration. Describe what the evidence actually shows.
Give the service one main URL. Supporting articles can explain costs, comparisons or checklists in greater detail, then link back. Avoid publishing separate pages that repeat the same answer under AEO, GEO and AI SEO labels. Our AEO, SEO and GEO comparison explains how these terms overlap.
After publication, check that the intended text is visible, the page works on a phone, the canonical is correct and the booking link reaches the right destination. Review search data over comparable periods and record any observed AI answer separately. An improved page is a delivered change; a citation, enquiry and won project each need their own evidence.
If you want help applying this to your site, see our answer engine optimisation services. We can review the existing pages, identify useful changes and scope the implementation. The AEO supplier checklist gives you questions to ask us or any other provider.
