Background

Ardmore Cricket Club needed more than a brochure site. The club wanted a digital home that looked credible, felt local, and could support a recurring weekly draw without relying on messy manual admin. The brief combined community presentation with real operational needs: member sign-up, recurring payments, results handling, club updates, and admin visibility.

The Challenge

Most small clubs end up juggling WhatsApp, spreadsheets, payment chasing, and fragmented website tools. That creates friction for members and extra work for volunteers. The challenge was to build something simple enough for club members to trust, while giving the organisers a cleaner system behind the scenes.
