Follow Rabbit engaged Blue Canvas to implement OpenClaw for internal operations, onboarding structure, and repeatable workflows.
Follow Rabbit publicly positions itself as a Google Cloud cost optimisation platform focused on BigQuery performance, automated optimisation PRs, cost-focused code reviews, and wider GCP efficiency. The company also publicly shows customer logos including Lufthansa Group, Rakuten, Trivago, Nordstrom, Bell, Servier, Karrot, and ResearchGate, alongside public claims around cost savings delivered by Rabbit Automation.
This Blue Canvas engagement is a different story. The brief is not product marketing or cloud optimisation delivery. It is an internal operations challenge: implement OpenClaw in a way that helps Follow Rabbit capture business context more cleanly, improve onboarding and handoff structure, and make recurring internal work more repeatable.
For a technically strong team, the risk is rarely lack of ideas. It is that useful knowledge and repeatable work end up split across chats, docs, and individual heads. That creates friction as the business scales.
Blue Canvas is setting up OpenClaw as an internal operating layer for Follow Rabbit. The rollout is in progress and focused on practical foundations rather than inflated promises.
The aim is to give Follow Rabbit a cleaner system for recurring operational work without adding unnecessary process overhead.
This is an implementation-in-progress case study. The honest version is the strongest version. Blue Canvas has been engaged to implement OpenClaw for Follow Rabbit, with setup and onboarding under way.
Commercially, the engagement started on a simple paid structure: £1,000 setup fee plus £500 per month retainer.
Why this matters: Follow Rabbit is a technically credible buyer with a real product and a clear understanding of automation. The fact that a company like this chose Blue Canvas for OpenClaw implementation is already meaningful proof of demand, even before a later results-led version of the case study is published.
Important: the public savings figures, customer logos, and Google Cloud positioning belong to Follow Rabbit's own public marketing. They are not being presented here as completed outcomes from the Blue Canvas implementation.
